Survival: Savannah

Something has happened, you aren't too sure what, but something has gone horribly wrong. You just woke from a strange slumber. You have knowledge, but you haven't even existed beyond your subconscious before today. You know what you are too. You are a group of genetically engineered fighting machines. You look like your counterparts, humans, but you know that you are not. You and your kin are bionics. Below a tough skin-like membrane of microfibers, you have mechanical muscles and synthetic organs. You are not all the same, though. Your "brains" were manufactured to perform like individuals. You and your kin were each given a special "talent".
But, when you awoke, your eyes burnt from the intense sunlight. You felt a cold liquid run up your esophagus and regurgitated it out of your mouth. All you could see was planes of tallgrass and occasional trees, but as you looked up you saw there were others like you. But there was something else, a loud droning. You look towards the sound. And you see a giant hive-like ship flying in the air, and in your direction.

This is the survival RP. You and your genetic buddies have to survive this alien invasion, and find out what the heck happened in the first place!

RULES:
Requests and questions are fine. About characters or anything.
You will not deviate from the storyline.
You will keep the plot interesting.
Any rules about characters are in the forms
You do not require water or food, but you are unarmed exept for your powers.
No flight. Or any powers that could be used as some sort of deus ex machina.

Power: (Virtually anything. No complete transformations. You can change your human apperence, or grow spikes or something, but stay human.)
Traits: (Strength, dexterity, agility, that stuff.)

Name: Felicianus "Felix" Hephaestus
Appearance: Defaults to a ~14 year old boy with black hair and silver eyes, wearing a tattered navy business-suit and olive pants with a ridiculous amount of pockets (all empty, though).
Mindset: Confused but calculating. Slight pacifistic bent, but becomes cold-blooded in defense of his buddies. Reacts well to pressure and multiple stimuli, sometimes even increasing in efficiency due to the challenge (up to a certain point (which, due to his superhuman nature, is hard to reach) after which he becomes unresponsive/paralyzed until it has passed).
Power: Shapeshifting (can disguise himself as anyone human and has the ability to reform his limbs/joints into blades)
Traits: Above-average dexterousness, superior agility/speed to make up for slight lack of power behind his blades.

Name: Existere ex Machina
Appearance: Dark, walnut skin, average height, long black hair, green eyes, male.
Mindset: Obviously intelligent, but doesn't say much. He only talks when he needs to.
Power: Can grow a nearly impenetrable "suit of armor" over skin.
Traits: More strong than fast, but flexible.

Name: Hapax Legomenon
Appearance: Glowing Green irises, pale skin, burgundy hair, red trenchcoat, white dress shirt, and black pants
Mindset: Very smart, thinks laterally and logically.
Power: Has kinetic pressure points on various impact areas such as palms and feet, forearms and knees, that can create weak shockwaves and electric pulses when applied pressure to.
Traits: Tends to glitch vocally, and lose temper.

Existere woke up, and opened his eyes wide.
Where am I!? Wh-what's happening!? His eyes made barely noticeable reeling noises as he frantically scanned the area. He looked down, and backed up a bit. Who the hell are they!?

Hapax stumbled around blindly, then regained his vision. He tasted the disgusting aftertaste of the cryofluid in his mouth. He saw two like him. He said cautiously, "Are you f-f*rasp*riend of foe?"

Existere raised an eyebrow, then relaxed and shrugged.
He seems to know about as much as I do. I don't think he poses much of a threat.
"Friend, I suppose," he murmured quietly. Existere had forgotten what his voice sounded like, and was surprised at the deep rumble.

Haxpax felt bumps on his hands and knees, he tapped his palm with his finger, and an explosive force erupted from his hand, he flew backward about 2 meters

Existere jumped in shock, and, by instinct, felt a hard shell grow over him.

The loud noise roused Felicianus from his half-sleep; he hadn't really woken all the way from the cryogenic stasis yet. He jumped up instinctively in surprise.

Hapax, turned towards the new one, he noticed that he was the most mature-looking out of the three. He heard a loud droning sound from a few meters away. Suddenly, 3 short spikes narrowly missed his cheek, one narrowly grazed his cheek. Hapax quickly whipped around to see a creature covered with an iridescent shell. Spikey protrusions covered its hands, he saw it taking aim for the newly awakened one.

Felicianus tried to duck and covered his face with his hands, hoping foolishly that it'd help him somehow. They suddenly felt cold and rigid, which seemed somewhat strange. He heard the sound of several spines embedding themselves in a tree behind him. He glanced at his hands, which had suddenly turned into wide, square blades.

Existere looked at the hard shell covering his arms and glared at the being that was attacking them.
He then charged in a fit of sudden rage.

((Guh....lacking creativity, obviously.))

Hapax's mind suddenly filled with actions and knowledge. Fighting techniques, defense. He sprung forward in holding his left arm forward. He launched himself at the enemy all of the shockwave points on his fist activated, and the beast flew back.

Existere charged full throttle at the beast as it flew back, pinned it to the ground, and began to beat it.

Recovering quickly, Felicianus dashed across the space separating him from the thing while the armored one held it down, and sliced through its wrists, disarming it.

Existere didn't know what was happening anymore. He was lost in a sudden blood craze as he beat the creatures face below him.
I feel so...powerful...

Felicianus had unconsciously reformed his hands back to their default state. He backed away from the berserker somewhat apprehensively.

( BUNP )

Existere realized after a while that the creature below him was limp. He slowly and stiffly stood up, backed away, and looked at the others.
The way his eyes glistened looked like he wanted to say whoops...

Felix relaxed mostly since the threat had passed. Or had it? He didn't know the pair who he'd helped to fight 'the thing'. Were they going to kill him now, too? He realized that because they had all just fought as a team, they could probably do it again so long as they had a foe to unite against, even if they were never officially allies/friends. So the others were at least his tentative allies (at least for now).
Just then, he remembered he had a name. Did the other two have names? "I guess an introduction is in order?"

Existere turned around and shrugged.
