Many years from today, the worlds greatest minds assembled and worked for years on the most revolutionary device of the 21st century. They emerged from their laboratory, and revealed the prototype Messier Hyperspace Engine. After many years of testing, the first superspace wormhole gate was activated in orbit around the moon. This kind of travel led to many colonizations of faraway planets, and the space race began.
But enough history. Welcome to the Proteon colony. We stationed on the planet Aegaeon some time ago, but we arent colonists. You see, Aegaeon is 95% water, so most of the cities and settlements are on flotillas. Now, the United Space Union forgot about some of us. The colonies are given their materials and goods. And we don't get anything. So we become pirates, we sail the seas of this big blue planet, and take what we see and what we want. Now the colonists form their little militias, and those can get a bit pesky. But we will win. We are the best. We are the Corsair Elite.

Ranged Weapon: Sniper rifle, kind of old, in working condition. He calls this his "little sweet gun". He likes to polish it in his free time. Special-crafted phosphorus/steel bullets.
Melee Weapon: A switch blade, which has been sharpened in a special way so it has two points. He reffers to it as "His tongue".

Appearance: Surprisingly clean-shaven. Wears a black knit cap, an eyepatch with a magnifying glass in place of a cover, a black raincoat, a belt with his sheathed blade and a couple spare magazines, black pants.
Job: Crow's Nest
Ranged Weapon: Battered assault rifle, he's stuck it in single-shot at the moment, with an adapted spyglass welded to it. It has... sentimental value. Loaded with hollow-point rounds.
Melee Weapon: A short-sword, with two sharp rail spikes welded together at the blunt end functioning as a handguard. While somewhat impractical, they allow for a different fighting style than a normal blade.
